Our hydration plants are fully automatic and exploit the closed circuit principle with centrifugal air separator to grade the finished product, tubolar ball mill to grind the unburned and overburned lime and-recycle same to the separator, until waste is totally recovered, making the hydration plant highly productive.
Special devices produce a very pure hydrated lime, for laboratory use, eliminating waste recycling from the finished product circuit.
